The development also includes a new electronic message billboard. A commercial development, which includes a mix of restaurants, including an Outback Steakhouse, First Watch Daytime Café, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, along with a recreational retail cannabis dispensary is planned at Mannheim Road and Pratt Avenue.
